Our approach follows the three pillars of the EcoVadis methodology: policies, actions and results. We organise your submission while your organisation remains responsible for its content and implementation.

Is EcoVadis a certification?
No. EcoVadis assesses sustainability management and provides a scorecard. A medal or badge depends on the score and applicable eligibility rules; it is not a product label.
Can you guarantee a score or medal?
No. EcoVadis carries out the assessment. We help document policies, actions and results and address areas for improvement.
Which documents do we need?
Examples include policies, procedures, evidence of actions and relevant performance data. The questionnaire is adapted to factors including size, sector and location. Documents must be relevant to your own organisation.
What happens after the assessment?
We translate scorecard improvement areas into actions, responsibilities and follow-up so you can prepare for your next assessment.
What does EcoVadis support cost?
The support required depends on your starting point, available documents and improvement priorities. We discuss the scope and our proposal in an introductory call. EcoVadis platform fees are separate from our consulting fees.
How do we prepare for a first EcoVadis assessment?
Start with your customer’s request, the organisation being assessed and your existing policies, actions and figures. We help you gather relevant evidence and identify the improvements to address first.
