Our ambition
Sustainability Partner supports the global ambition to limit global warming to 1.5°C. As a small consultancy, we focus on concrete choices that we can directly manage and monitor: mobility, digital and AI use, and a limited approach to suppliers.
What we monitor each year
- ≥90% sustainable transport modes for business travel from 2027
- 100% of NMBS and Blue Bike tickets through Olympus Mobility from 2027
- Twice a year: review and cleanup of SaaS licences and cloud storage
- 31.12.2026: AI policy ready, following an analysis of initial use
Action plan 2026–2030
You can scroll this table horizontally. With a keyboard: focus the table and use the arrow keys.
| Theme | Action / agreement | Monitoring |
|---|---|---|
| Mobility | From 2026, we use the inverted mobility triangle for in-person meetings. All supported public transport tickets are booked through Olympus Mobility. | Annual check; briefly justify car use. |
| Cloud & IT | In June and December, we check paid SaaS and cloud accounts as well as storage. Discontinue unused licences; unnecessary data is deleted. | 2 reviews per year + a short action list. |
| AI | In Q4 2026, we analyse our first systematic use of AI. Based on this, we approve an AI policy by 31 December 2026 for purposeful use, data minimisation, human oversight and efficient use. | Analysis + policy by the end of 2026; annual review thereafter. |
| Suppliers | Each year, we map suppliers that together represent at least 80% of our purchases. Only material cloud, IT, mobility and strategic suppliers undergo a limited, relevant climate screening. | Annual proportionate screening. |

Stakeholders, resources and governance
Below, we discuss who is involved in these actions, the resources we allocate and how we will monitor the actions.
Stakeholders
You can scroll this table horizontally. With a keyboard: focus the table and use the arrow keys.
| Stakeholder | How we involve them | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Partners & employees | Practical guidelines & feedback on mobility, IT and AI; changes are shared and discussed. | Annually + on relevant changes |
| Material suppliers | Targeted dialogue on relevant cloud/IT, mobility or efficiency issues, without burdensome data requests for small service providers. | Annual screening |
| B Corp Community & The Shift | We use peer learning and signals from the network to assess feasible improvements. | At least annually |
Resources for implementation
You can scroll this table horizontally. With a keyboard: focus the table and use the arrow keys.
| Resource | Allocation |
|---|---|
| Human | The highest governing body has ultimate responsibility. The Impact Partner coordinates the annual review; operationally active partners apply the agreements and involve freelancers where relevant. |
| Technical | Olympus Mobility, SaaS administration, storage dashboards and available AI usage information provide the monitoring data. We track our scope 1/2/3 emissions annually through SME Climate Hub. |
| Material & financial | We provide a budget for rail/public transport, necessary digital tools and maintenance of existing equipment. Equipment is used for as long as possible and repaired where worthwhile. |
Governance and transparency
- The highest governing body formally approves this plan and reviews progress at least annually.
- The plan is reviewed when material changes occur and again by 30 September 2029 at the latest.
